“Clout” is a word derived from English colloquial speech, which means power, fame, money, influence, and style- everything American rappers are associated with. The fifth edition of the festival, with an improved formula and a new location, will take place at an Airport in Poland.
Clout Festival is based in Poland and it’s one of the biggest festivals in Europe. This festival is centred around both Trap and Rap concerts. This festival has reached massive success over the last 3 years due to massive interest caught from people all around Europe due to dozens of influential international worldwide stars performing in Poland it is significant that the needs of the user are met due to the variety but also diversity of the audience.
The challenge at hand necessitates a design that emphasises the needs of a user seeking a website or companion application capable of facilitating easy navigation throughout the festival. This approach aims to enhance their overall enjoyment of the festival experience and may encourage them to engage with the community associated with the event more than they would normally. Over 50% of last year’s participants had struggled with navigation especially went it came to entering the site as participants struggled to find the allocated entrance for their tickets. To maximise the effectiveness of the festival website and its accompanying app it is essential to prioritise usability factors. This includes making critical information such as the date and location readily available. Ensuring the platform is user-friendly for individuals with limited technological experience and creating an engaging experience for those interested in festivals and related content.
The problem space for the website and the app will be most likely different as an app is more convent once you are already there and need a quick way of navigating and receiving late announcements. Whereas a website is meant to represent more information and include stakeholders in a successful matter for both users and potential new stakeholders.
